Catering Services
Thank you for considering Sodexho Catering at Community Colleges
of Spokane for your upcoming event. We proudly provide complete
service for all occasions, including wedding receptions, rehearsal
dinners, luncheons, dinners, business meetings, seminars, workshops,
appetizer receptions, and more.
Our professional staff is always ready to assist
you in planning your event. Sodexho Catering offers a variety of
services and can provide specialized menus tailored to every client’s
needs.
Helpful Hints
- Decide what type of event you want. Will
it be a banquet buffet or a served dinner? Is it a reception or
a beverage break? Will it be formal or casual? What is your budget?
- All events held on the Community Colleges
of Spokane campuses must reserve a room through Student Services.
Our catering department will need a minimum of two hours for setup
and two hours for cleanup. This time frame will vary depending
on the number of guests and the complexity of the service.
- No later than two weeks before your event,
contact Sodexho Catering at 509-533-7088 (SCC) or 509-533-3564
(SFCC). Most arrangements can be made over the phone. Our catering
coordinator will send a written confirmation upon receipt of your
final arrangements. Please read the confirmation carefully. If
everything is correct, please sign and return it to the catering
department. If there are any inaccuracies, please contact our
office and a revised confirmation will be sent. A signed confirmation
will stand as our service contract.
Sodexho catering office hours are from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All requests and changes
must be made through our catering office during these hours. Please
